The last time we had an extraordinary customer service experience was last week. A prospect from India, whom we did not convert into a client needed help communicating with a vendor in Indonesia. And we assisted them till matters for them was solved. We need to be creating such experience for everyone regardless if they are our clients or not.


Excellent customer service can be transformative for any business. Such experience often shared far and wide because when we treat others with care and make them feel special - you want to share it, right?

Creating a top-notch experience from the start will create an impact. You do not have to wait for the client's payment to start creating a first great impression.


Clients retention is all about building relationships, so people get to like, know and trust you. It is a simple formula; otherwise, you're just another business in a sea of competitors.

Greets and celebrate everyone especially prospective clients and people you want to work with too. This will create a significant impact on my prospects and client. It makes them feel taken care of.

Details matter so remember to personalise your interactions with people you have spoken to about your services or any other topic. Show that you care, listens to and genuinely interested.
