Disclaimer: - This post is not related to the work I do. It is my learning journey.
I have been blogging since the invention of the blog. And I have to admit - by the time I hit the 20s I had more than five blogs. Thanks to Google, I can look back at some of the things I wrote or shared.
We are all continually seeking answers at every phase of our life. And I am thankful that I have those blogs for reference check...LOL
In 2017, I discovered I am capable of doing meditation but only for 2 minutes before I get distracted...And it finally it hit me, guided meditation works best for someone like me in 2018.
I am always questioning everything, everyone and myself. It is a peculiar habit. Most people do not understand where I am coming from when I do this, and it is okay. I don't need them to understand. I need to understand things; that's the main reason for questioning. I get all kinds of weird/beautiful answers anyways - and thanks to the habit of blogging/researching/questioning I know it is merely - perception!
25th August 2016, I discovered:-
"There is no such thing as good and bad. There is only perception. Understand perspective. The world is a big place, but Jupiter is the size of one-thousand-three-hundred-and-seventeen Earths. Outer space is measureless. You are insignificant…but trust me: You are special."
Now, perception is such a beautiful word!
In 2016, I found the quote by Robert A. Heinlein; It resonated with me then till now so I kept in one of my blogs as a reminder.
“I am free, no matter what rules surround me. If I find them tolerable, I tolerate them; if I find them obnoxious, I break them. I am free because I know that I alone am morally responsible for everything I do.”
“It’s not given to people to judge what’s right or wrong. People have eternally been mistaken and will be mistaken, and in nothing more than in what they consider right and wrong.”
Opinions will always differ on what is right or wrong, but before anybody had an opinion, your life had a purpose. One thing is certain, just because something feels right does not always mean it is, and vice versa, as Shakespeare puts it……“Love all, trust a few, do wrong to none.” here is some food for thought...
“It is very unnerving to be proven wrong, particularly when you are really right and the person who is really wrong is proving you wrong and proving himself, wrongly, right.”
